VP of Operations

About This Role

Our client, an established and growing food manufacturing and packaging company, is seeking a Vice President of Operations to oversee all aspects of plant operations, supply chain, and production management. This is a high-impact leadership role with direct influence on operational strategy, team development, and business performance.

Qualifications

• 110+ years of progressive operations leadership experience in food manufacturing or packaging
• 2Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and scaling production capacity
• 3Deep knowledge of food safety standards, regulatory compliance (FDA, USDA, SQF, BRC)
• 4Experience managing multi-site or large-scale manufacturing facilities
• 5Strong background in supply chain management, procurement, and logistics
• 6Demonstrated ability to build and develop high-performing operations teams
• 7Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Food Science, or related field; MBA preferred
